Technologies in the modern world make business processes more efficient. Using a smartphone app, you can measure the space of a floor under construction, and thanks to augmented reality, you can create the interior of a future home. Currently, the real estate market has another tool - quadcopters, the scope of which is becoming wider every day.

According to many experts, these devices are capable of taking development to a new level. After the deployment of sites, drones can fly according to a program, on request, or on a signal from other drones or sensors, since they become part of a kind of network. This approach allows for increased efficiency in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Marketers were the first to realize the potential of flying drones for real estate sales. With the help of photo and video shooting, you can create a large-scale picture of the construction site, which forms a fundamentally different view of the object and the site in the client. Panoramic shots convey the scale of the project in the best possible way, give it status, and aerial video allows you to show the entire site under construction in dynamics, create a panoramic picture of the work in progress.

And if such methods of demonstration influence the buyer's decision indirectly, then there is another important, directly selling factor - shooting from an upper point shows the view that will open from the window of a future apartment or office. Meanwhile, according to experts, clients are willing to overpay for a nice view of about 10%, and in the luxury real estate segment - up to 20% of the purchase price.

In large cities, where the number of high-rise buildings is growing, quadcopters can be used to check the condition of roofs, decorative elements of buildings, ventilation shafts, antennas, in a word, any communications, the technical inspection of which cannot be done without lifting or the presence of industrial climbers. Using the image transmitted by the drone, you can imagine the scale of the damage, estimate the scope of work, lay out the exact amount of expenses, send the required number of employees of the required profile, providing them with a set of tools and parts required to fix the problems.

Aerial photography of a construction site is not only a sales tool. It enables a whole range of options, including control functions. The project managers are often stay in the head office, located several kilometers from the construction site. Their working time is largely devoted to administrative management processes, approvals, etc. In this case, aerial photography allows them to observe the work process in between appearances at the construction site. It is also possible to calculate the volume of a whole range of works - one can calculate the volume of materials needed for some action, for example.

There are structures like small architectural forms, art objects, low-rise buildings or outbuildings, the construction of which can be significantly facilitated and accelerated by using quadcopters. The drones have a lifting capacity of up to 10 kg, which allows the machine to lift, for example, formwork blocks. The drone can be programmed to perform a specific algorithm of actions, and as a result, it will be quite capable of building a wall.

While the use of construction drones is still at the stage of testing and approval, the prospects of quadcopters as assistants in construction and finishing works are already obvious today. Saving one worker's time on such seemingly simple actions as lifting a bucket or brush, on an industrial scale turns into hundreds of labor hours, and therefore, conventional investment units that can be saved with the help of drones.

The development of large areas, especially in newly developed territories outside the city limits, requires the study of the terrain. Previously, this type of work used conventional means of aerial observation - helicopters, and also conducted field research. With the help of a drone, you can significantly optimize the costs of filming, which will not require expensive rental of aerial equipment, and also receive the necessary data at any time. It is enough to simply launch the drone along a given route.

In the near future, augmented reality should become one of the most important tools for many business processes. Moreover, thanks to it, designers, architects, developers and investors will be able to visualize their projects in full size even before construction begins. A drone can be programmed in such a way that the video image is transformed and transmitted to viewers already with a volumetric panorama of the future project in full size. The possibilities of this method of demonstration are difficult to overestimate, because now the buyer or investor will be able to clearly see what they are investing in.

And last, but not the least, aerial photography with drones as one of the marketing tools has only recently begun to be used, but in just a couple of years, aerial photography has already firmly taken its place in the advertising business. Videos posted online with aerial photography elements receive significantly greater coverage than other publications, and viral coverage is growing.

Filming any advertising products related to the project becomes much easier and more cost-effective, and advertising content becomes higher quality, more dynamic and more effective. A panoramic video can demonstrate the advantages of the surrounding area, the location of the object and much more, influencing the buyer's choice and qualitatively differentiating the object from the competitor.
